Retail Insite Has Recently Grown!

San Diego, CA, August 10, 2015: Retail Insite (R.I. Properties, Inc., San Diego, CA) has recently grown with the addition of Mike Moser and his sales assistant Maya Grim, and Jim Rinehart and his Urban and Coastal Retail Properties team of Rosalie Andrews and Erin Cadieux. All of our new personnel have joined us from a large corporate brokerage setting, and are fitting well into the boutique culture of Retail Insite. Meet our new personnel:

Mike Moser brings 28 years of experience and expertise in the retail arena. This includes development, site planning, processing, retailer representation, disposition assignments, leasing, strategic planning and sale transactions. Mike’s expertise and focus on helping clients make informed decisions have contributed to his extensive client database and list of successful assignments. He has been involved in many landmark projects throughout San Diego County, and has had sale and lease considerations exceeding $4billion, with over 1,000 transactions. He is currently involved in the sale and leasing of over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space and represents many national/regional retailers in their expansion and store positioning.

Maya Grim is a sixteen-year veteran of commercial real estate experienced in strategic planning, marketing and leasing of retail shopping centers in San Diego County. Some of her leasing assignments include Scripps Ranch Marketplace, El Camino North Shopping Center, One Paseo, Liberty Station, and Plaza at the Border. Maya represented some of the nation’s top retailers for their expansion and relocation in San Diego County.

Jim Rinehart was previously with CBRE for eight years. In that time he has completed over 100 sale and lease transactions in excess of $80 Million in consideration. With his concentration on Urban and Coastal retail properties, he is dynamic in the San Diego region, and his talents have been particularly felt in La Jolla. He has been instrumental in bringing tenants from outside San Diego to enjoy the benefits of a maturing market. Jim has built a foundation of business acumen at the leadership development company Center for Creative Leadership.

Rosalie Andrews started her retail career at Westfield in San Francisco. She was also a Sales Manager at 31 Bits, a jewelry company in Southern California. At 31 Bits she learned first-hand what it looks like to be on the tenant side of the commercial real estate industry and has put that knowledge to good use.

Erin Cadieux began her retail real estate career at CBRE, gathering & organizing all client accounts, databases & documentation, as well as generating marketing and outreach pieces to engage relationship building. She aids tenants and landlords in determining what is antiquated versus what is relevant in San Diego’s burgeoning restaurant & retail scene.
