TSCG was engaged in early 2016 to market the property, which at the time had substantial vacancies and other issues. The TSCG team, which included two well-known local leasing and tenant representatives, was able to demonstrate the potential backfill opportunities of the property to the market. As a result, several offers were received and a buyer was selected that closed the transaction without any issues.
