BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI. (November 30, 2015) – Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc., announced six retail transactions recently signed. The transactions are listed below in order of size.
Ypsilanti, MI. (Washtenaw County) – Insite Real Estate Investment Properties, LLC purchased 3.3 acres of land at 2985 Washtenaw Avenue in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The purchaser is a preferred developer for Fresh Thyme Marketplace. Mid-America Principal Brad Rosenberg and Vice President Adam Goodman represented the seller in this transaction.
Southgate, MI. (Wayne County) – Pure Sleep signed a lease for 5,117 square feet in Dix-Toledo Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Dix-Toledo and Eureka Roads in Southgate, Michigan. The 121,184 square foot center is anchored by Office Max, TJ Maxx and Dollar Tree. Mid-America Principal Brad Rosenberg and Vice

Canton, MI. (Wayne County) – Principal Tony Schmitt, Vice President Adam Goodman and Sales Associate Karen Mullane of Mid-America represented the landlord, Canton Corners LLC in the signing of two leases in Canton Corners shopping center, located at the northwest corner of Ford and Lilley Roads in Canton, Michigan. Visionworks signed a 2,600 square foot lease, represented by Principal Tony Schmitt, Principal Jack Uhazie and Associate Broker Susan Acciaioli of Mid-America and Chipotle signed a 2,309 square foot lease, represented by Principal Tony Schmitt of Mid-America.
Adrian, MI. (Lenawee County) – Kay Jewelers signed a 1,680 square-foot lease in Adrian Commons at the southeast corner of US-223 and Division Street in Adrian, Michigan. Mid-America Principal Cynthia Kratchman represented the tenant in this transaction.
Sterling Heights, MI. (Macomb County) – Great Clips signed a 1,350 square-foot lease in the Target Outlot Center at Big Beaver and Dequindre Roads in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Mid-America Vice President Adam Goodman and Principal Brad Rosenberg represented the tenant, with Greg Newman of Keystone Commercial Real Estate representing the landlord in this transaction.
