H&R Retail Represents Not Your Average Joe’s in Lease For New Location at Ellsworth Place, Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, Md. — H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm, represented Not Your Average Joe’s restaurant in a lease for a new location at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring. Not Your Average Joe’s will occupy a prime corner in the center.

Bradley Buslik and Geoffrey Mackler with H&R Retail represented Not Your Average Joe’s in the transaction for 6,744 square feet.

“We are pleased to have completed this lease for Not Your Average Joe’s at Ellsworth Place,” said Mr. Buslik. “This is its third location in Montgomery County and are also actively working on additional Washington area locations.”

Not Your Average Joe’s opened its first restaurant in 1994. Founded by Steve Silverstein, today it has 22 locations in the Boston and Washington DC areas.
